澳門(mén)新中央酒店最初名為“總統酒店”，始建于1928年，是澳門(mén)最早配備電梯和現代化設施的標志性建筑。在二十世紀初，酒店不僅是澳門(mén)商業(yè)繁榮的象征，還是名流、商賈的聚集地。

Hotel Central in Macau was originally named ‘President Hotel’ and was first built in 1928. It was one of Macau’s earliest landmark buildings equipped with elevators and modern facilities. In the early 20th century, the hotel was not only a symbol of Macau’s commercial prosperity but also a gathering place for celebrities and merchants.

隨著(zhù)二戰期間澳門(mén)接納大量難民，酒店也成為許多人的避難所。在經(jīng)歷了多次擴建后，酒店逐漸發(fā)展為當時(shí)澳門(mén)最高的建筑之一。之后，隨著(zhù)時(shí)間的推移和歷史的的變遷，酒店的設施和裝潢逐漸老舊，但2024年大規模修復工程的完成，讓它再次煥發(fā)出歷史與現代交融的獨特魅力。

During World War II, as Macau accepted a large number of refugees, the hotel also became a refuge for many. After multiple expansions, the hotel gradually developed into one of the tallest buildings in Macau at the time. However, as time passed and history unfolded, the hotel’s facilities and decor began to age. The completion of a large-scale renovation project in 2024 has revived the hotel, blending its historical charm with a touch of modernity.

走出歷史，煥發(fā)全新光彩

EMERGING FROM HISTORY, SHINING WITH NEW BRILLIANCE

作為澳門(mén)最具歷史價(jià)值的建筑之一，新中央酒店先后被列入《澳門(mén)文物名錄》和《被評定的不動(dòng)產(chǎn)及其緩沖區的名錄》。因此，酒店的修復和重新開(kāi)業(yè)，不僅是對建筑物的修繕，更是對澳門(mén)歷史文化的一次致敬。

As one of Macau’s most historically significant buildings, the Central Hotel has been included in both the ‘Macau Cultural Heritage List’ and the ‘List of Classified Properties and their Buffer Zones.’ Therefore, the hotel’s restoration and reopening are not merely repairs to the building, but also a tribute to Macau’s cultural heritage.

在2024年的修復工程中，酒店外觀(guān)依舊保留了舊時(shí)期的建筑風(fēng)格，優(yōu)雅的外墻、精致的窗飾和傳統的裝飾細節令人仿佛置身于百年前的澳門(mén)。同時(shí)，酒店內部經(jīng)過(guò)精心改造，將現代奢華設計與復古風(fēng)情完美融合。

In the 2024 restoration project, the hotel’s exterior has retained its old architectural style, with its elegant fa?ade, intricate window decorations, and traditional detailing evoking the feeling of being in Macau a century ago. At the same time, the interior has been meticulously renovated to perfectly blend modern luxury design with vintage charm.

A DIALOGUE BETWEEN VINTAGE AND MODERN TIMES

設計師們深入挖掘原始建筑的精髓，從窗櫺花紋、瓷磚裝飾到天花板和墻面的藝術(shù)布局，每一處細節都講述著(zhù)這座酒店的輝煌過(guò)去。踏入酒店大門(mén)，古樸的大堂地磚與墻壁上泛黃的歷史照片，仿佛讓人穿越時(shí)空，感受澳門(mén)的舊日風(fēng)情。

The designers delved deep into the essence of the original building, from the window lattice patterns and tile decorations to the artistic layout of the ceilings and walls. Every detail tells the story of this hotel’s glorious past. Stepping through the hotel’s entrance, the rustic lobby floor tiles and the yellowed historical photos on the walls transport guests through time, evoking the charm of old Macau.

接待處的設計靈感源自澳門(mén)博彩業(yè)的象征——“番攤”游戲桌，既向過(guò)去致敬，也與酒店的獨特歷史緊密相連。整個(gè)建筑通過(guò)這些歷史細節與現代化設計的結合，完美呈現了澳門(mén)文化與時(shí)代演變的深刻交融。

The design of the reception area is inspired by the symbol of Macau’s gambling industry—the ‘Fan-Tan’ game table, paying homage to the past while connecting closely with the hotel’s unique history. The entire building blends these historical details with modern design, perfectly showcasing the deep fusion of Macau’s culture and the evolution of the times.

酒店共11層，設有114間客房，五至十層以復古為主題，每?jì)蓪哟硪粋€(gè)歷史年代，打造出三大主題與六種房型，進(jìn)一步強化了酒店的獨特性與歷史魅力。

The hotel has 11 floors and 114 rooms. The fifth to tenth floors are themed around vintage eras, with each two floors representing a different historical decade, creating three main themes and six room types. This further enhances the hotel’s uniqueness and historical allure.
